By using Pre-Flight Evaluator, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service. We may update these terms occasionally - continued use means you accept the changes.

Service Description

Pre-Flight Evaluator provides:

  • AI-powered startup idea evaluation using our proprietary framework
  • Scored assessments across 15 criteria
  • Actionable feedback and recommendations
  • Historical tracking of your evaluations

Our evaluations are advisory only - not investment advice or guarantees of success.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in your evaluations
  • Use the service for legitimate business purposes only
  • Not share your account credentials with others
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
  • Not submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Intellectual Property

Your Content:

You own your startup ideas and descriptions. We only use them to provide our service.

Our Content:

Our evaluation framework, algorithms, and platform are our intellectual property.

License:

We grant you a limited license to use our service. You grant us license to process your content for evaluation purposes.

Disclaimers & Limitations

IMPORTANT:

  • Our evaluations are not guarantees of success or failure
  • We provide information, not investment or business advice
  • Market conditions and execution matter more than scores
  • Use our insights as one input among many in your decisions

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service. We're not liable for business decisions you make based on our evaluations.

Payment & Billing

Currently, Pre-Flight Evaluator is free to use. When we introduce paid plans:

  • We'll notify existing users 30 days in advance
  • You can cancel anytime with no penalty
  • Refunds available within 30 days of payment
  • Billing disputes resolved within 60 days
Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Account Termination

You can:

  • Delete your account anytime
  • Export your evaluation data before deletion

We can terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Abuse of our service
  • Non-payment (for paid plans)
